Privacy Policy
Please read the following carefully. These policies apply to Kamil Store Italia and may be updated from time to time.
This Privacy Policy explains how Kamil Store Italia processes personal data when you use our website and services.
1. Data controller
Controller: Kamil Store Smartphone by Ehsan Kamil, VAT IT07299410485, Pontedera (PI), Italy. Contact: infokamilstore@gmail.com, phone +39 350 999 9989.
2. Data we collect
We may process identity and contact data (name, email, phone, address), order and payment-related data, account credentials, communications with support, technical data (IP, device, cookies), and preferences such as language or notification settings.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to provide the shop, process orders and payments, deliver products, manage your account, send service messages, improve security, comply with legal obligations, and—with your consent where required—for marketing or analytics.
4. Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g. fraud prevention), legal obligations, and consent where applicable. We retain data only as long as needed for these purposes and applicable law, including tax and accounting requirements.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for your session, cart, language, and security. Analytics or marketing cookies are used only where permitted by your browser or applicable consent settings. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
6. Who receives your data
We share data only with the providers needed to run the shop: payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Scalapay) for processing and fraud checks, carriers for delivery, Google and Firebase for sign-in, push notifications and reviews, and our hosting and email providers. They act as processors on our instructions, except the payment providers, which are independent controllers for their own regulatory duties. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision for the country concerned. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply to a particular transfer.
8. How long we keep data
Order, invoice and accounting records are kept for ten years, as Italian tax law requires. Account data is kept while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Support conversations are kept for up to two years. A marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Technical and security logs are kept for a short period only. When a retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact infokamilstore@gmail.com.
10. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects. Payment and instalment providers may run automated checks of their own — including a credit assessment when you apply for an instalment plan — as part of approving a payment. Those decisions are theirs, and their privacy notices explain how to obtain human review or contest the outcome.
11. Minors
The shop is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and administrative access limited to those who need it. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and never reach our servers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs we will notify you and the supervisory authority wherever the law requires it.
13. Contact and updates
For any question about this notice, or to exercise the rights described above, contact us using the details in section 1 or through the contact page. We may update this policy; the version published on this page is always the current one.
